5. Maricopa County Health Department
A public hearing notice is
posted at the business location for 20 days
City Council public hearing is
held
City Council recommendation is
forwarded to the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control
Tempe liquor license is issued
after the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control issues their liquor
license
A
sales tax license
is also required
