Color: Open color for faces. Bronze trim caps and returns for all signs.
Size Restriction: Max. 30" letter/sign height. 5" returns for minor inline tenants. All signage shall be limited to eighty percent (80%) or less of the horizontal and vertical backgrounds.
Installation: Centered vertically and horizontally on fascia.

Inline tenants located at 1030 East Baseline Road, Shops A (Building "Z", suites 158-178) and Shops B (Building "Y", suites 146-156) must located their sign in the pre-designated sign envelope on the colonnades. Each business shall be limited to one sign per building/colonnade elevation. All building/colonnade signs shall be applied to the building/colonnade frontage or facade that is in front of that business.

It is the responsibility of the landlord to authorize all sign locations on the colonnade for the individual tenants prior to the applicant submitting for sign permits. It is not the responsibility of the city to ensure landlord approval prior to processing a sign permit application.
Window Signage: (Note: window signs are restricted to 25% of the individual window in which the sign is located)
Major Tenant: (1030 E. Baseline Rd. - suite 126, 129, 136; 1090 E. Baseline Rd. - Suite 115) 60" maximum letter height and 8" returns. All signage shall be united to 80% or less of the horizontal and vertical background.
